Warranty & Service Policy

Arden Audio stands behind the manufacturing quality of its products. This policy explains our limited warranty and the process for professional assessment and service.

Warranty period

Arden Audio products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by water exposure, drops, impact, misuse, improper installation, improper voltage, unauthorized repair, modification, external force, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover issues that are not attributable to a manufacturing defect.

Warranty assessment

To request an assessment, please contact us with the order number and clear photos and videos showing the product and the issue. We may request additional details or reasonable troubleshooting before authorizing a return for inspection.

Inspection and shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when sending products back for warranty inspection or service. Products must not be sent until return instructions and authorization have been provided.

Covered manufacturing defects

If inspection confirms a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Arden Audio will repair or replace the product, at our reasonable discretion, and cover one return shipment back to the customer.

Non-warranty service

If the issue is not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for inspection, repair, and shipping costs. We will explain the assessment and available service options before carrying out chargeable repair work.
