You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, or infringe the rights of Arden Audio or any third party.

We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, and images accurately. Minor manufacturing variations may occur, and screen settings may affect the appearance of colors. Customers should confirm suitability, dimensions, voltage, compatibility, and installation requirements before ordering.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Arden Audio issues an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect information, legal restrictions, pricing error, stock error, or inability to fulfill the order.

Where self-service cancellation is available, an order may be cancelled within 15 minutes after placement. Later cancellation requests are not guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has begun.

Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. We may correct obvious pricing, description, or availability errors.

For orders delivered to the United States, applicable import duties and import taxes are included in the product price. Any additional shipping, remote-area, expedited-service, address-correction, storage, or other charge payable by the customer will be disclosed where applicable before the order is accepted or will arise only from a later customer request or customer-caused delivery event.

Order processing, air and ocean-freight delivery estimates, tracking, delays, lost shipments, and transit-damage protection are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Arden Audio is responsible for verified transit damage and confirmed loss occurring before delivery, subject to the reasonable verification process described in that policy.

Cancellation, return eligibility, authorization, return location, shipping responsibility, inspection, deductions, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Manufacturing-defect coverage, exclusions, verification, remedies, repairs, replacements, and related shipping responsibility are described in our Warranty & Service Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WESTASTON (US) COMPANY LIMITED and Arden Audio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This choice of law does not deprive a customer of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of the customer’s place of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another lawful method of resolution.
