Customers are responsible for confirming suitability, dimensions, voltage, compatibility, and installation requirements before ordering.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WESTASTON (US) COMPANY LIMITED and Arden Audio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
